What should I do with the "SalesForce Connection Problem" notifications?
This notification is sent by the Salesforce heartbeat process.
The heartbeat runs every 15 minutes and checks that it can connect to Salesforce. If it can't, it sends an alert email.
Common causes include:
A temporary Salesforce outage.
A network connection issue.
An authentication problem.
If you only receive a few notifications, it was likely a temporary connection issue and can usually be ignored.
If you receive several notifications in a row, the connection and authentication should be investigated.
